Growmax Water Europe, SL reserves the right to deny access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

3. Contract
Products offered on the website are intended for private use. Therefore, your purchase is subject to the conditions relating to this contract of sale. The contract of sale is considered fixed from when the client issues express confirmation of an order, for which they will first need to accept the conditions indicated. This agreement is covered by the legal framework established by the Civil Code, Law 7/1998 of Conditions of Contract and Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. Similarly, the data provided by the customer during the checkout process will receive the treatment prescribed in Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data.
Having identified the seller and the object of sale in the current catalogue on the website and with reference to information on features and price of each item in its corresponding file, this agreement is held pursuant to the following conditions:
This contract is made and binds the parties to the obligation to supply goods by the seller and the payment of the price set by the buyer at the time of acceptance.
When we receive your order to buy a product from the website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
The full payment of the price of the products listed in the file for each item will be made in the manner indicated below:
Payment by credit, debit card or Bank Transfer. The customer can choose to pay by credit or debit card so that the operation will be confirmed at the time the order is placed. The payments made shall be transmitted to CAIXA BANK, which is responsible for supplying the respective remote electronic payment service with no third party having access to it. Data from the credit card is directly entered onto the bank's secure website in SSL encrypted form without any of this information being recorded on our servers. As they are not stored, the bank details for each user will be required for any new order.

4. Deliveries
All orders confirmed at our online store are sent within approximately 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination by one of our shipping companies. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. In order to optimize the delivery, you should state an address where the order can be delivered within normal working hours.
The shipping company shall deliver the order during business hours. If delivery cannot be made after two attempts then our courier shall notify of this impossibility due to the absence of the recipient and leave a note for you to collect your package from the corresponding offices: the package will be held for 15 days. After this time the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will send you an email to let you know.
The Growmax Water online shop does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide all details required for delivery to your shipping address. Having the complete information allows us to deliver your order on time.
All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss of these products falls upon our delivery to the carrier. As soon as you receive the second email confirming your order has left our warehouse, you can check the status of your order through the tracking number that we have sent you, or you can contact our customer care department at: admin@growmaxwater.com. Note that during exceptional periods (e.g. Christmas) or during bad weather you should wait an extra day before making a query.
Our Online Growmax Water shop will not be held responsible for the breach of contract in the event of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, particularly in postal services, transportation or communications, flood or fire.
If for reasons of force majeure the order cannot be delivered, we will refund the full purchase amount.
If an unjustified breach occurs lasting more than 20 days after the scheduled date of delivery the client may request the cancellation of the contract, the subsequent cancellation of the order and the return of the money paid. Delay in delivery times will not be considered a breach if attributable to you as the customer, your own will or due to the impossibility of reaching you and contacting you via the information provided by you.
5. Pricing policy
Growmax Water Europe, SL reserves the right to change the price of products and services offered via the growmaxwater.com website. To ensure accuracy and safety in the price of the products, the advertising prices at the time of placing the order shall be considered as those in force.
The product prices are in EUROS and include applicable taxes according to Spanish law. The final purchase summary shows the final price or value thereof and indicates the amount of the determined product price and the amount for value added tax, if applicable. The prices shown may be revised and modified at any time by Growmax Water Europe, SL.
The international Tariff is in EUROS excluding any applicable taxes.

In the case of returning goods as stated in Article 44 of the Law on Retail Regulation, delivery costs are paid entirely by the customer.
6. Customs
For deliveries to countries subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination, and any additional charges relating to customs clearance must be borne by the customer as Growmax Water Europe, SL has no control over these charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local Customs Office for more information. Also note that when ordering from the website you are considered the importer for the record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the goods are received.
7. Product Warrranties
Products purchased from our online store maintain the same warranties as those bought in our shops and other outlets. That is, a quality guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials used in branded products The warranty does not include obstructed filters or membranes due to lack of regular maintanence or due to excessive sediment or chlorine in your water. The warranty also does not include damage to the unit from use outside of normal grow and garden installation parameters.
For any manufacturing defect, the customer recognizes both the right to replacement or free repair of the product under contract, including contract termination, if applicable. To enforce the guarantee the customer must contact Growmax Water Europe, SL by e-mail to: warranty@growmaxwater.com. The costs caused by defects will be borne by Growmax Water Europe, SL. Note that this guarantee does not cover Filters and Membranes, as they are consummable items and duration will vary according to water quality.
8. Communications
The parties signing this contract for the purpose of possible notifications in relation to it, set as the business address for Growmax Water Europe, SL that shown in the Legal Notice and as the customer's address, that provided by them in the order form. Similarly, and for any incident or breach in the sale, the parties signing this agreement submit to the courts of Barcelona.
9. Change of Service or changes in conditions
Growmax Water Europe, SL reserves the right to make changes to growmaxwater.com and its affiliate domains, policies and these Terms and Purchase Conditions at any time. Your use of the website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Purchase Conditions in force at the time you use the website or order products, unless a change is required by law or government authorities to the policy or conditions (in this case, they will be applied to orders you have made previously). If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

c) To be able to offer an appropriate care and customer service

1. Right to Return
The law recognizes only the consumer’s right to withdrawal in the case of contracts made outside of the shop, by catalogue or online. Pursuant to European regulation on Electronic Commerce, approved on September 20, 2011, the deadline for the return of an item is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Also, in accordance with this regulation, e-commerce companies should only bear the shipping costs if the item returned is faulty, and therefore exempted from this payment for any other reason. Therefore, the purchaser shall carry the costs of returning the item in the case of it not meeting their expectations.
To exercise this right you must notify your intention to revoke the contract of sale to the seller within the period indicated above. Once the withdrawal has been declared you must return the goods under the same conditions in which they were delivered. It is imperative that the product to be returned is in its original state, should not be used or damaged and it must be in its original box: keep the tags, original packaging and accessories included in the box.
Growmax Water Europe SL meanwhile, will refund the order as soon as possible. We will not accept returns outside the deadline (14 days), or returns of used or damaged items.
Remember that only products purchased directly from this website may be returned by the procedure described below. If you purchased Growmax Water products in a physical store or other website they must be returned to the same place as purchased.

After receiving the item and checking its perfect condition we will refund the payment on the card which will be paid according to the conditions of your bank.
For the return to be correct it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must not be used or damaged
- All products must be packaged in the same manner in which they were received with all accessories included in the box. In the event of not having the same packaging, it must be large enough to contain the article.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
B- Returns of faulty goods

3. Return delivery costs
